I have been kind of blogging since 1998. It was all static html and my website looked terrible LOL. It also was hosted on free domains with a lot of advertisement etc.

On 14 februar 2003 i registered my first domain: luciaonline.nl (who is still in use, cant throw my first domain name away….lol). And 1 year later, on 31 march 2004, i got myself a webhosting service to host my site on. And that made me switch to a real blogging application. After googling a few hours, i thought i give wordpress a try, and here i am, hello wordpress!!!

Next step is to import all my old guestbook entry’s, dont want to throw those away.

Update: Big girls dont make backups, they cry a lot….! I was playing arround with de database, and *bang* nothing worked anymore….! Ofcourse i did not make a backup before, so had to install everything again and lost about a year of blogging

I am glad i was to lazy to import all of my old guestbook entry’s before! But now i imported it (took me a long time) and YES i made my first backup EVAR! LOL

I found an email to myself with this first wordpress blogpost, and decided to put this one back where it belongs.
